I think mini trampolines are actually awesome! I don't exactly remember what was all programmed in this workout, but I do think mini trampolines are cool and can totally be beneficial for a plyometric purpose!

I fell twice a few days ago and my tricep felt like i'd over trained it in the gym for 3 hours for the next 3 days lol def need that arm strength to catch yourself

hahaha I always see something on KZbin and think I can do it, so I know the feeling 😂😂 you'll get the hang of it super fast! Then you'll be cruising everywhere 🤙🏼
