No doubt Odisha is developing quite silently and in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda (western part) we can even see the development. But It always feels bad to accept that, Odisha failed badly in some sectors, In Education, They are transforming schools quite efficiently but they are appointing teachers on the basis of their caste not merit. The education system has totally gone off. Our Western Odisha's money is utilising mostly in the Coastal area, it always feels bad when we tell our state is being controlled by a Tamil Babu. IAS officers are becoming Ministers as mentioned in the video. Anyway it's a good state overall and developing quite silently.

@@vikramsivakumar2943 see man that's the difference in odisha .People here r too much proud of being odia .It's not like it's bad or smthing but yeah u will be pressurized to talk in odia if ur talking in Hindi .I being an odia born would face problems from some civil servants where they would say speak odia .The thing is my dialect doesn't suit well for me to speak odia well so it's quite funny when I do talk in odia so I avoid talking odia unless necessary. This story of mine will give u a hint at why people dont want any outsiders to rule them .And even so more if they r politicians or civil servants .Also casteism is too prominent in odisha . But even after all things .I would always say i m proud of being odia .And I love odisha .It is the best place to live in India for sure.

Frankly speaking, I am from Jharkhand and if you compare Odisha with all its neighbour states, you would find it in a way better situation, even much better than West Bengal. Most of tier 2 cities of odisha are well managed including Rourkela, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Cuttuck, Khorda Puri etc. There is ample supply of Grains and electricity throughout the year. I did my engineering from Rayagada. From 2010 to 2014, The city has undergone rapid transformation. It didn't have roads and proper infrastructure. But all got changed in 4 years. State is a silently progressing without making fuss about it. We should appreciate

I'm from Rourkela. It is located in the north western region of odisha. It is a very beautiful city. It is true northern and southern odisha was neglected for a long time but things are changing. This year Rourkela hosted Hockey World Cup. International level facilities were developed. Odisha has one major issue. It lacks behind service sector, lots of people travel to different parts of India for job. I think the govt should look into it.

I am from Odisha and Odisha is a beautiful state . It's all due to blessings of Mahaprabhu Jagannath and the lovely people of this state. People over here are so warm , welcoming and sweet. There's no communalism and obviously a great state with a positive future vision . Touch wood, my state is far more peaceful due to the present government. I am from Balasore, Odisha. Here from last one decade continuous road construction takes place and road becomes broad. The electricity cut problem reduce alot after it handover to TATA power company but the bill increases accordingly. In coastal region many more new beach are built for tourism. The ODRF team of odisha do many tremendous job for the disaster management. Nabin Pattanaik is the unbeatable candidate since 2000. But major problem is ,there is no such a good successor of him. VK pandian can't be replaced him. He doesn't have such a wide vision for odisha. Lord Jagannath help us after the era of Nabin Pattanaik . 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

im from odisha and have been born and brought up here only. currently living in the capital city but belong to another big city cuttack but i have spent majority of my life in western odisha due to my father's postings. when i visited that place after a while it had totally transformed infrastructure wise. there was no communal fights or discrimination that i came across in a span of 10 years. honestly ik im privileged to not see majority of the problems, there are social issues here like misogyny still prevalent but i think we are heading towards a better place atleast that's what i hope for and im working towards. raise your voice guys, talk to everyone and educate your friends and family. my family used to be really conservative but through all these years i can say cuz of me it has changed a lotttt. never give up odias! let's walk together!

City that has given one of the best hockey players, dancers (Dance India Dance) n much more. Kudos to Rourkela Steel Plant n our dear CM, Naveen babu. I'm odia, i can confirm that our state government is the best. The poors have many incentives like 5rs meal "Dalma chawal". Government schools, anganwadi, are like in between every 10kms. Free wheat,rice, kerosene for poor people. I'm blessed to be in odisha❤.

What you don't know us Half of the schemes are rebranded Central Govt scheme. 1 rupee Rice ( tankikia Chaula) you get cost 30 rupees 27 rupees comes from Centre 2 rupees from State. And about school and Anganwadi You forgot recent teachers strike??? Techers are unnecessary being forced to go on Election duty , Voter card duty , Adhaar Card duty. ( MY MOTHER IS ALSO A TEACHER IN GOVERMENT SCHOOL and I know what is the Attendance and Academic level in Odia Schools is...more and more Children are going to SARASWATI SHISHU MANDIR - RSS schools instead of Govt school)

We study very hard, get a good job, pay taxes and you poor reap the benefits. I work very hard and pay taxes, I have a side business too. A man with two child is paying taxes and the poor with 5-10 child is reaping the benefits. They get free electricity, free ration, free bus fare. Free money for building home. Even I can have 10 child but I have only one bcz I want can afford the expenses of only 2 child. And you know how expensive is banglore

I went to puri on a tour in 2023. No matter wherever my father goes, he easily mixes up with the local people. There was a local man on the beach, who gave massages to people for a certain amount of money, it was his side job. My father has some problems with his backbone so he can't bear to stand for too long. The person was having chairs so my father went near him and sat in one of those chairs. At that time the person wasn't attending to any customer so he let my father sit there and soon my father started asking him about the political background in odisha, what people think about the central government on odisha, etc. Throughout the conversation, the man kept on saying only positive things about Naveen Patnaik ,how he worked for the betterment of people, uplifted the state from poverty, etc. And that wasn't the only instance. After this event, every time my father asked the people about Naveen Patnaik , they replied only positively

Me and my family went to Odisha from U.P. and we had to pass through so many villages to get to our destination (most of them were in Odisha) but the roads were literally SOOO GOOD!! There were schools every 3-4 kms and mind you the areas we were passing through were considered "backward". Honestly villages reflect how much work has actually been done by the government.

Prblm toh wohi hai sb kuch sahi per education, healthcare & job opportunities nhi hai..Mai khud Odisha se hu but mujhe toh aajtk koi village me ache roads dikhe nhi..ache roads hone kliye 1st roads hone chahiye jo ki 30-40% villages me av v nhi hai..the real truth is Odisha govt is one of the most corrupted govt in India..State exams me paper leak krwa rhe..25yrs hogye rule krte..aaj v Odisha top10 poverty rich states me ata hai..aur Itne Saal me 4 5 ache kam krliye toh woh development thodi kehte use !!..Jo v thode bht development hai sirf coastal areas me hai..Southern & western part are totally neglected😢

Really glad that Odisha is getting the limelight it deserves! It has so much to offer...from culture to history to technology, but yet people don't even know where it is on the map! I have been in Mumbai for the last 7yrs and believe me people say stuff like Odisha Assam ke pas hai? I mean I can rant on and on. But this video is so so well made! @@AchyutChaudhary To clear out your doubts not a Bangladeshi Bengali, our family or Das and Bose belongs to Cuttuck and the same lineage from Subash Bose. It's a huge adi Bengali community in Cuttuck. My first language is bengali as spoken at my home, 2nd is Odia, 3rd is Hindi, and 4th would be English, and if u consider other dialects of Odia language then I know almost 7 languages. So, I hope it clears out your doubt. Agar meri angrezi se apko ye khayal aya ke mujhe Hindi nahi ati to me keval is bare me soch ke has😂sakta hu. Yadi apko phir bhi sandeh hai, to boliye devnagari me anuvad karke batau 😂

I am also a bengali staying in odisha and learnt odiya and can speak hindi just like a native hindi speaker. Agar apko koi sandeh hain to main apko Bhubaneswar ane ke liye amantrit karta hun, kripya ek baar ayie or apni ankho se dekhe yaha ke log kya bolte hain aur kya samajhte hain. Dur baithe ap apna drishtikona nai badal payenge. Ek aur baat, ap jo jhanda apne comment me prayog kar rahe hain, woh bangladesh ka hain. Hum bangladeshi nai hain, hum bhartiya hain. Apne apnehi desh ko shayad ache se samjha nai hain.

@@AchyutChaudhary In our school, apart from Odia and English, students have the option to choose a third language to study, which can be either Hindi or Sanskrit. I personally opted for Sanskrit because I had a interest in the language. I have been watching hindi cartoons and bollywood movies since my childhood so it is obvious that i can read hindi and speak hindi.
