You did it...well done.! Just keep on doing it. It WILL get easier with each time, just keep at at, you don’t need to know how people do it or how you will do it, you just need to keep trying and it will come.

Thanks joe. I know its all a little distant you know. I get so fustrated at myself for not being able to do stuff. With the support friends like u give and the love of my family i will conquer it one day.

Absolutely proud of you man, you did it. It sucked but you did it. I sometimes get that jelly leg feeling in Tescos and it is the worst feeling in the world - right up until the tunnel vision kicks in, the heart rate goes up and everything feels like it's 10x further away than it is. Horrible affliction my friend but you are definitely defying it. Keep it up. Nothing happened! Remember that - nothing happened to you :) All good.

Heya pal. Thanks for the feedback. I was so hoping my content would resonate with people. And with yourself and others it seems to have. So many people take so much for granted. I sure dont take anything out in public for granted these days. I have to work damn hard to acheive stuff. So anyone i see struggle i have the utmost respect for.

I want them to understand as hard as it might be its ok to try. And sometimes you win and sometimes you dont. But never give up.

Thankyou sooooo much for those kind and supportive words its means so much when i hear positive things. The trying is hard but equally hard is knowing that while i cant do things on my own yet im letting my kids and fmaily down somewhat. So i owe it to myself and them to try hard everyday and battle through. I have always said to myself and those closest my vlogs will remain raw and not too much editing as i want people to see the highs and the lows and the messups you know. I dont believe in cheating myself or others. The journey is long but one day it will be over.

Something that came into my mind, I am not sure whether it is a "NoNo" or possible worth a try. When you go out for your next walk if somebody walks past you would it be possible to say Hello to them and pass the time of day? In so doing it may take your mind away from the feelings that it is creating and reduce your anxiety.

The people are the main issue in all honesty. The unpredictability of them etc. All my fears and phobias extend from being scared of other people.
@clive63545 жыл бұрын
@@AspieNeil Unless there is a physical reason as to why you are scared of other people you may have to take the bull by the horns and try and face your fears and hopefully it will have the effect diverting your mind from thinking that something is going to happen. Visit the butcher again and buy some more sausages, have a conversation with the butcher when buying sausages ask him about the quality. It is difficult, I know, as I have been there. The answer is inside you but you have to find the answer. As I use to say "I have to do battle with my own mind" maybe I was lucky I won the battle, maybe little fights break out at times but I blame my wife for that..ha..ha

Think we can always blame someone else when we want huh?

@@AspieNeil You have something big in your favour you have a wife and you very nice children. The support you receive from them all try and turn the support into strength inside your mind. Although I was married when I had difficulties I had very little support from my wife but somewhere I found the strength inside me. The strength is always there but you have to turn negative into positive

I am already seeing specialist help. Having autistic spectrum disorder and adhd means life is quite complicated so i get the help i need rather than general help.
