I completely believe the plaintiff that she was being harrassed by the immature and silly defendant. This older woman was trying to intimidate and sabotage the plaintiff's business. Unfortunately the plaintiff let the slick defendant outsmart her in court. She came very close to winning. She also made the mistake of leaving the defendant an angry message on social media. It's hard to prove harassment or defamation. She should have been more disciplined with collecting proof of the defendant's actions.
