definatly. government departments in transport has its own social media officer that monitors social media threads about complaints about delays. and it gets noticed and passed onto employees in upper management. so i think that using social media to complain is democracy in action

Hoyts booking fee was still there when I watched Joker 2 on Hoyts birthday. I canceled online booking and just buy it in the cinema directly.
