This video was really helpful. I’m new to using creating ads instead of just boosting a post. I will come back to this video as I plan my ads out. Everyone always talks about building a sells funnel but no one ever talks about what that looks like when creating ads. Or what makes an ad effective in a long term way. Thanks a lot.

Even though I’m a paid social campaign manager full time at a large agency, and has these strategies on a budgeting and campaign perspective, I’ve always found it difficult to make content for my OWN brand. Thanks for speaking to the creative THEMES! I know how to use the tech but because clients use external creative agencies, it’s often out of our hands. At least now I can chip in and inform them of how to improve their creative AND consider my OWN social channels and how I can improve my own South African travel content. THANK YOU!

Great video and local is HUGE. Even though we're in the middle of the pandemic...now is a GREAT time to focus on local and build that 'footprint' for when things get back to normal...eventually. One thing to consider... Pairing all of these GREAT social strategies with Google Local Service Ads. It's ~new-ish that has come out in the past year or so and allows you to dominate the local listings. Check it out and pair it with these great ideas!

I run an auto detailing business, and I'm a little stuck with coming up with ideas for level 1 and 2. Would a video explaining/showcasing me detailing a car be a good idea for level 1? Then level 2 offering a free service add-on with any booked detail?

I think that would be useful. Do you offer pain correction or deep interior cleaning and how it’s actually a sanitary safety concern to clean the inside of your car?

I would focus on things that people who CARE about their car would watch! How to keep your car debt free, weather streaking, how to get the perfect shine, how long does a detail last, etc.

I’ve never subscribed so fast. Will sign up for the free 5 day challenge! Quick question: I’m marketing for my dads local security installation business but his target demographic is business owners that have commercial buildings + preferably Korean speaking. What would your recommendation be to get that step 1 secured? I’ve done lead gen fb ads but it just doesn’t seem to work even for a free consultation. Thanks so much!

This is a great video and very helpful for local and small business. I would encourage local and small businesses to invest in blog content -- helpful, consumer insight based content -- to drive organic search traffic, and then pick up on the retargeting strategy on the Facebook ads from there. I just hate to think of relying 100% on Facebook ad traffic on the primary source of traffic... upon which I would then be relying on that to feed my retargeting pipeline. thank you again and I'm now going to check out your next video :-) great stuff!

Hey Allie, love your content. I have a question. As local businesses generally don't have a huge budget to spend on ads, so how should we split the budget for all three level so that it is most beneficial.
@joeatang74262 жыл бұрын
I know you weren’t asking me but my initial thoughts are like this a.) go with video ads or engagement - they are still very cheap. Costs start to rise when you set up PPC ads b.) I think it will come down to ultimately being your decision. Give yourself a number and a focus and adjust as you go.
