Terraria max jump height is dumb... Character jump height. After looking at a bunch of other Terraria max class setups such as knockback, crit chance and movement speed, it's now time for us to move onto some of the more niche wacky stats, such as max player jump height! As you'd expect, this ones finding a use for this one is tricky, but either way, if you wanna have laugh, why not build this setup yourself? Enjoy!

In order yo get the sandstorm in a bottle through shimmer you need to throw the Pharaoh's mask into shimmer, the robes turn into the magic carpet

The Frog Legs really cut the impact damage. You might only end up like the 16 year old who survived a 1630 ft fall after failing to deploy her parachute. Emphasis on "Survived", but barely.

​@@Human..Being... Wow, it's actually double that, 3000 feet. Still impressive though. Many don't survive lower falls much less than that. It really depends on the surface and how much momentum, but even a reserve parachute can still be fast as the person barely survived. An interesting story though about the dangers and how quickly things can go wrong.

@@Daltonisntabot It also depends on reaction and deceleration. If you minimize the impact by bending your knees, then rolling, you could survive a fall like that. It requires perfect timing, or your head will improvise as a drill.

Actually, just getting the bundle of balloons, the frog gear, and the terraspark boots is really good. You don't have a ton of damage accessories in early hardmode so you can just straight of have better mobility than wings can give you. Pair this with a slime mount (either of them) and bosses can't touch you. Hello duke fishron drops.

This would pair excellently with the Gelatinous Pillion, which benefits greatly from jump boosters since it has a rather fast fixed horizontal speed normally, but becomes even faster while airborne.

A way to get really huge height with only a set of wings and a mount is use the jetpack and queen slime mount. By getting close to max vertical speed with jetpack by holding w while flying, and then spawning your mount while holding space, you go absolutely flying

In terms of Pre-Hardmode, the Slimy Saddle (dropped by King Slime) and the Pogo Stick (bought from the Party Girl) are both mounts that double falling speed. In Hardmode, you can upgrade to the Gelatinous Pillion (dropped by Queen Slime), which has the same fall speed increase. Post-Moon Lord, I've heard that the Portal Gun increases falling speed even more when held, but I have yet to test that. There may be more mounts and other things that can increase falling speed, but the three mounts are my gotos when I need to fast-fall, and they should be a good starting point at least.

Can we do a Max AFK damage setup (Minus Stressball for obvious reasons of it not being ready yet) for lazily farming? For this, damage dealt by means that don't need players actively doing anything. Anything from thorns damage to flame auras and accessories that attack... But generally speaking- the more confident you are in leaving the controls be and trusting the farm of whatever will run smoothly, the better.

Fun fact:holding up you can Jump 5 pixels higher(you can test it with plataforms in certain heights without buffs)

Holding up during a feather fall potion more than doubles the total height compared to just a feather fall potion. Without a potion you jump at 100% of your normal height. With a feather fall potion you jump at 167% of your normal height. With a feather fall potion while holding up you jump at 400% of your normal height. The difference between holding up and not holding up during a feather fall potion is 240% or 2.4 times as high.

Max ammo/mana conservation? I'm not sure that'd be a setup so much as a couple of accessories, though.

Max Ammo Conservation: Ammo Box + Ammo Reservation Potion + Chlorophyte Helmet + Vortex Breastplate + Magic Quiver + Phantasm as the weapon = ~89.8% ammo cons. If you don't count anything Post-Cultist, replace the armor with the Adamantite Mask, Breastplate, and Leggings. Note that the Magic Quiver only works with arrow weapons and that the Minishark, Candy Corn Rifle, Gatligator, Megashark, and Chain Gun already have a higher natural ammo cons rate than the Magic Quiver, and no Pre-Cultist arrow weapons have innate ammo cons so... Without Post-Cultist weapons and armor, the Gatligator/Megashark/Chain Gun is best for ammo cons. As for mana cons, I'm gonna say... Crystal Ball + Chlorophyte Headgear + Diamond Robe / Dark Artist's Robes + Adept/Mythic/Masterful weapon + (citation needed if this stacks:) all Nature's Gift tinkers (Nature's Gift, Mana Flower, Magnet Flower, Arcane Flower, Mana Cloak). Testing is required to see if and how that all works. (Bonus points if the accessories are all Arcane for higher max mana, Forbidden Treads are added for more max mana and magic damage, a Mana Regeneration Potion and Star in a Bottle are used for higher magic regen, and (Expert Mode) the Mana Regeneration Band or Magic Cuffs/Celestial Cuffs or (Master Mode) both are also added for even more mana regen.) Some testing and potential optimizations may be lacking in the above setups, so I second Sock covering the topics.

Honestly i normally dont use wings, instead i use bundle of horseshoe baloons and a featherfall potion because if you hold up you get a huge boost compared to not holding up andif you do that with the bundle of baloons you have better mobility than most wings pre boss

I think Max mana would be neat to see, seeing as it’s also pretty useless. The only good thing about it probably is the lack of mana sickness, which can really just be avoided with patience and a mana regen potion, but who knows.
