Sir . it is very difficalt to explaine the way the fundermental energy begins to shift to another level in the body ( chakras). in my experience. the basic need is a sorrowfulness of mind, it gives you a better chance to activate the chakras since in comfortness you can only become a yogic sports person no matter how long you practice nothing would eliminated, since it all about the mind. if only your body is pure and less and lesser toxicated with carbon dioxide packed with sexsual energy, destituted, no harmfull attitude, passive thoughts, then do your pranayamas with a stubborn mind. you will begin to receive the boons from plants. the travel begins that way.
