Fun fact: Fanta was invented by the Nazi's during the war because Coke stopped exporting ingredients to Germany(for obvious reasons) there were empty unused Coca-Cola factories in Germany so they used what ingredients were available, and thats how Fanta came to be. Quite a wild story honestly

Fun fact: Dr. Pepper comes from an independent company so they're manufactured and bottled by both Coke and Pepsi. If the top of the bottle is more rounded and overall bomb-shaped, it came from Pepsi. If it has the other narrower bottle (think Barq's or Mr. Pibb), it came from Coke. And there are very subtle differences in taste between the two companies. (Source: I used to work for a Pepsi plant)

My Great-Great Grandmother was apparently addicted to Coca-Cola around a 100+ years ago according to my Great-Grandmother who was born in 1907 and lived until 2011 and died at the age of 104 (she ate very healthy and kept active). Her mother would have her pick up dozens of them from the store on a daily basis and she even got my Great-Grandmother addicted to them so she was basically addicted to cocaine as a young child. I wonder how popular Coca-Cola would be today if they still had cocaine in their soda? I personally believe that they would rule the world and they would have production plants every 100 miles to keep the supply up. Society would also be far more productive for sure but heart issues would be far more commonplace.
