It its a reaction that happened on twitch and is just uploaded to youtube. You have to keep in mind that those reactions arent their main content, unlike of some youtubers. Reactions mostly happen during offtimes like eating food, waiting for friends to get ready, waiting for x game to install and other downtimes. In addition to that its a different audience, if you watch a reaction on KZbin you most likely searched for it because you are curious about the input others, on twitch most people just want to watch the video with the occasional giggle that confirms their humor, just like when you watch something with a friend.
