I found Oliver’s fate in this au extremely tragic The thought of losing the only person who can control your movement and have to live on a siding for what could have been days, in the cold just to suffer with no hope of being found and worry increasingly about your long time friend (toad) and then spend your last moments being in excruciating pain is one harrowing and horrible way to go out, not to mention anyone who could have been on Oliver’s train

This episode of decay was great and i enjoyed seeing Oliver's story. My only problem with it is that when Oliver and Murdoch meet at the harbour, Murdoch is sitting out in the open rain and not getting burned at all which was confusing. Aside from that, great episode and i can't wait for more.

Here is my story of the Brendam Engines and their backstory (just a theory not canon it's just my thoughts) [James's Backstory] June 23rd 1997 James was at Crosby backing down to his goods train which was supposed to be delivered to Brendam Docks he complained that goods trains suck and he is a splended red engine so when he was waiting at the station for a few minutes and Henry passed by laughing at him because he was taking a goods train and after Henry passed rain started pouring in out of nowhere James was confused he didn't know why it was raining because it's summer and then he heard people from the platform started screaming in pain and he looked to see the people were melting like ice cream he screamed on fear and his crew started James and they blew whistle as loud as they can and they raced off James closed his eyes because didn't want to get burned from the rain he continues down the line and then he raced down the Wellsworth were he saw Edward at station laughing like a maniac and was looking at rain James passed Edward and he sent down the Brendam Branchline he continues he passes the Vicarage were Trevor was and he finally arrived at Brendam Docks he ran to first cover he slammed the breaks and he stopped at the shipping container James saw BoCo and Bear they were also hiding at the shipping container and he asked what happend to them and they said that they were here when the rain began and they raced towards the shipping container and they said that Salty died because he thought the goods shed would keep him safe but no unfortunately and Bill and Ben are stuck the Clay Pits. James looked at his buffers and sigh hoping that his friends are ok [Donald and Toad's Backstory] June 23rd & 24th 1997 Donald was at Knapford backing down to his goods train which was supposed to be delivered to Brendam Docks and Toad was the back of the train because there was no brakevan available at the time so when Donald backed down to his train the guard blew his whistle and they set off when they were reaching Elsbridge the rain began Donald and Toad didn't know what was going on and they didn't know why it was raining and when they arrived to Elsbridge they saw people screaming in pain and melting like ice cream Donald started picking up speed and he saw the Elsbridge Tunnel up ahead and he saw two red coaches and a green tank engine Donald slammed his breaks and he came to a hault he was in shock to find out it's was Duck who was pulling a passenger train at the time Donald asked him what happend and he told him "The Duck Story" Duck and Donald decided to stay at the tunnel for a while when the rain stops. The next day in the morning Duck and Donald woke up Donald told Duck that he would go through the Mainline to search for survivors and he said that he would be back (that never happened) when Donald and Toad and left the tunnel the rain starting pouring again Donald started picking up speed his crew shoved more coal into his firebox they raced through the other stations determined they noticed that the points were switched to Brendam Branchline and they decided to hell with it and go there instead and the finally arrived at Brendam Docks were the stopped to hide at the shipping container were he met James, BoCo and Bear they told him his stories and Donald was sad and was also worried for Douglas's sake. Suggestion For The Next Episode: so we find out that throughout all of the decay, Rosie had managed to survive down at the works, with little damage to her, soon after she hears a horn, a familiar one at that, it turns out to be diesel, but he was mutilated from the rain, and begging for help, but Rosie started screaming attracting the monster known as " The Smiling Killer " AKA Skarloey, Rosie bolts out of there leaving diesel for dead, soon after the rain starts and Rosie quickly hides some where she doesn't remember, then she realises, this is Tidmoth sheds, she is locked in as a driver who was killed by Edward comes towards her, followed by a family of 4 and what looked to be a burn victim. Rosie managed to escape but was chased down by henry, soon Rosie was cornered and begs for her life, to witch an Explosion comes from behind henry knocking him out of the way, Rosie can only make out a green blur with the number 6 rushing away as she escapes. My story on Rosie: June 23rd Since Percy had to take Annie and Clarabel, Rosie had to deliver the mail for Percy. After the mail had been loaded into her coaches, Rosie steamed off. Suddenly, it began to rain. Rosie was confused on how it was raining, as it is a sunny day. Rosie suddenly noticed people screaming and melting like ice cream. It took Rosie long enough to realize that the rain is acid. Rosie soon heard the sirens blare warning her. Rosie soon decided to speed up as fast as her wheels can carry her. Rosie raced on. Her pistons pumped and her boiler bubbled. All of a sudden, Rosie gasped in horror to see that the track was broken. Rosie applied her breaks, but it was too late. Rosie rounded the bend and jumped off the rails and landed in a field where James had his accident. She screamed in pain as she got burned by the acid rain, which killed her.
