As a 32 year old woman, who’s been watching you literally since before the 1st podcast deal, the OG KZbin NYC videos. I’m sorry you feeling all the feelings. But it’s honestly so refreshing. No matter what, I love you. But we are so similar. The over admission, taking blame, the humor, the no fucks to give. I see through it. I feel like I just took a deep breath with you. I want to know who Sofia without the f is. And I feel like this is just the beginning of your healing, evolution journey, and I’ll be cheering you on babe.

Damn Sofia, the transparency on this episode is ❤ so vulnerable and heartfelt. Sometimes breaking up with these types of relationships are hard because we acknowledge that we have to break up with our old coping mechanisms that once helped us deal with so much pain. It’s like saying goodbye to him is like saying goodbye to that wounded part of you. Sometimes we get so use to be wounded and guarded that we get into a relationship that gives you that comfort and control. I’m beyond proud of you. Now it’s your time to expose your wound and properly start the healing process. ❤

You don’t have to feel guilty for not telling us you were in a relationship. You have a lot of trauma from publicizing your relationship from the last serious relationships/podcast. It’s completely understandable. Give yourself a bit of grace sofia. You’ve been through a lot. I think you should look in to c-ptsd and bilateral stimulation to address developmental trauma.

Hi Sofia. I have been listening to your lovely voice since your previous podcast and have been listening to your new pod since it started. This was so brave of you to share. Not sharing every detail of your personal life doesn’t make you unauthentic, or fake or secretive. I can’t imagine what it is like to be in the public eye and how hard it must be to put yourself out there while also trying to keep somewhat of a private personal life. Sometimes it seems like no matter what choices we make or what our intentions are, there’s always going to be people who put us down. There will always be mistakes that we make. It’s so refreshing and inspiring to see a strong woman like you come out and be completely honest. I can’t always relate to your life or the situations you’re in, but you are so real about the struggles you face and that is what’s relatable. Your podcast has been something I look forward to every single week. You bring joy to my life and so many others. I have never commented on any of your posts or even sent a question or story in for SOS, but this episode really moved me and I wanted to tell you how much I support you and root for you and I wish nothing but good things for you. The silence I heard when you were trying not to cry brought tears to my eyes. You are such a beautiful, hard-working, funny person and I will always support you. Stay strong, Sofia ❤️ The hard work will pay off :)

You’re doing amazing Sofia! I say “I am love” many times a day and it has shifted me into the state of love, and has changed my life. To anyone who is reading this - love is an active conscious state that you can be in consistently. You do not have to achieve anything to be in this state - it’s a birthright. To bring this energy state in you must believe it; don’t will it; don’t just “say it” believe and know this to be true ❤

Sofia, I have felt the EXACT same way for years. Not recognizing myself in the mirror at 30 years old because I've avoided being alone, losing myself in relationship after relationship always knowing I was avoiding the part of me screaming out to meet myself for the first time. Feeling like I wasted a decade of my life, like I'm a stranger to the woman I see looking back at me. Not feeling a connection to anyone or anything, feeling mentally devoid of attachment. BUT I have put in years of hard work getting to know myself. It is not a quick process. But when I look in the mirror, it no longer looks like a stranger looking back at me. But a friend. Thank you for being vulnerable with us. I've been here with you from the start and I'm proud of you

Sofia! I never comment on KZbin ever but I felt the need to say something here. I found you on CHD 2 years ago when I was going through my own personal rock bottom in life/relationships and I always thought you were hilarious and such a bright light. I always have been rooting for you over the years since then. I just got through this podcast and I wanted to say that I’m legit so proud of you right now. The self awareness, vulnerability, humility, clarity and maturity you are showing here is something to seriously be so proud of yourself for right now. I got chills hearing you ask the deep and important questions about life, love, and yourself. I’ve been EXACTLY where you are right now. Still on my own single journey but I’m 2 years in. You are wise to acknowledge that it is uncomfortable because ohhhhh it is sometimes. But I can tell you that moments these are when life starts to get so much better. This radical ownership of your self, life, energy and future are the beginning of an incredible journey of self love and deep inner fulfillment. And you’re so right- worthiness doesn’t come at some arbitrary future date. Not only are you worthy right now, but you always have been. Every version of you deserves all the love in the world, no matter what she was going through at the time. I believe you and all of us going through this type of growth will ultimately find exactly what they’re looking for in love- coming from a place of deep inner knowledge and emotional security. I’m so excited for you Sofia because I can genuinely feel that you’re about to soar to new heights from this experience you’ve been through. I’ll continue to watch and cheer you on, just like the rest of us who follow and love you! ❤️

You are too surrounded by toxic party lifestyle people, if you went sober and focused on working out and meditating I promise all your problems will be solved. All of your current “friends” right now are not true friends if they only influence you to take drugs or get wasted (poison yourself). Try it just go sober for a month and see what a huge difference it makes. I am not here to attack or bully or hate on anyone. I did want to say… your traumas are not excuses to go around hurting others. Especially as a full grown adult & especially if you can acknowledge your past traumas. This means you are aware that you have things to deal with and still decide to ignore it and hurt others. I am not judging. I, too, have done this. Looking back, I feel terrible about it. Hurt people hurt people and by me hurting them, someone in their future will then be hurt by my actions even if indirectly. It’s a vicious cycle. Choose to do better. Even if it’s hard to open those doors, even if you’re scared. It’s worth it in the end. It feels like a weight has been lifted. Thanks for sharing & being vulnerable.
