Made them just now. I divided the dough to 4 sausage bun and 4 with black bean paste in them. My family loves them so much! Will def use this recipe again in the future. Quick tip that I stole from Magic Ingredients cuz I'm to lazy to knead the dough that long to get that smooth bouncy and elastic texture. *Once the butter/oil/margerine has started being incorperated with the dough, let the dough rest for 10 minutes. *After 10 minutes, knead it as usual and within 30 sec or so, you'll def get the smooth and bouncy texture. Good luck in your baking!

I have made these sausages according to your recipe more than 10 times already. It is always soft and airy dough, your recipe is amazing. I have to replace milk with coconut milk and use lactose free butter due to lactose intolerance. It turns out great nonetheless.
