Soft and fluffy homemade rolls/gawa's kitchen/Repost

Tried and tested by gawa's kitchen
ingredients
4+1/2 cups of Cake flour,please watch video to see how I used the flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet instant yeast 7g
1/3 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons milk powder I used Cremora
liquid ingredients
7 Tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup hot water
1+1/3 cup warm milk
1 egg room temp
preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius
bake for 15 -18 minutes

Nothing beats freshly home baked rolls. Will go perfectly with a braai on heritage day.. Your scone recipe is a hit with my family..I make them once a week❤
