Yes ,what I do is I shape and freeze the dough and bake 4 or 6 at a time ,

Ntsako,my scones do not rise like yours but instead go sideways and stick to one another,what could be the problem I preheat the oven and I don't twist my cookie cutter when I cut, please help me🙏🙏

The consistency of your dough , always use cold ingredients, if you take longer to put it in the oven put it in the freezer for 10 minutes , the margarine will firm up again and it will rise up without spreading ( even your eggs and milk/ amasi must be cold )
