Ingredient
▸Pound cake
100g Unsalted butter
100g Sugar
2 (110-114g) Egg
15g Vegetable oil (Canola oil, grapeseed oil)
15g Milk
3g Earl Gray tea
35g Orange peel
120g Cake flour
3g Baking powder
▸Milk tea icing
2g Earl Gray tea
37g Milk
100g Powdered sugar
Preparation
- Poke the unsalted butter with your finger and leave it in room temperature until it goes in smoothly.
- Break the eggs, beat them, and leave them at room temperature until there is no coldness.
- Measure the flour and baking powder together.
