I didn’t have lemon extract so I used half teaspoon of vanilla, it made the lemon sing. Love the consistency and flavor. Thanks for such easy, delicious recipe.

Just a tip : Make sure you zest the lemon over the bowl. Once the zest hits the cutting board and your fingers you lose some of those yummy oils👍🏻🙂

Byron Chandler all you've got to do is switch the lemon for lime in this recipe! you could do the same for orange, too. most citrus fruits have the same flavor properties, so feel free to experiment!
