I used the dough recipe from here and doubled it. It was excellent!!!! Not difficult to make but then I did use a stand mixer. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

I had a SAC today for my school food technology subject. I used this recipe and although it was my first time making bao buns, they turned out amazing! They were soooo delicious and I was very proud of myself and got many compliments from my classmates and teachers. I will definitely be making these again! keep up the amazing recipes!!

Very crisp and useful video - followed your recipe and the Baos came out ...wow! Everyone in my home liked - even when it was my first time! Only problem I faced was when the juice oozed out over the top while sealing the baos. How do you keep it all in? Did I use more water or did I take more filling?

You put raw chicken meal for bao filling. Is it enough time for chicken meal to cooked well? Coz you steam ur bao for just 13-15 min. Thx u for sharing
