For 3 3/4 to 4 cups flour, I would use 1 Tbsp baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp salt. 😊

I made a mistake, I used All Purpose flour instead. Self rising would probably have puffed up more but they turned out perfect and delicious. Thanks! 🥰💕❤️ I’m going to stock up with evaporated milk so I can make these anytime! Breakfast tortillas tomorrow. Yum!

😊add baking powder to all purpose flour.....it turns into self raising flour. Thats the only difference.

Thank you, I have been trying different recipes for Tortillas. Trying to find the right one to keep, explaining the heat of the pan and rolling out till thin, has helped me. They look so tender and soft, any bread made with milk is tender. There is a two ingredient recipe biscuit as well, same Self-Rising Flour and you use Cream. I have those down, so good as well.
