Ottima ricetta , sicuramente la farò tra breve. Sono un ex macellaio ex gastronomo ed ex cuciniere in pensione e le ricette di cucina sono il mio svago migliore. Ancora complimenti , ogni ricetta sarda è di mio grande piacere Sono venuto in Sardegna per ben 30 anni , ovviamente per lavoro ed un anno sono rimasto sull isola ed ho avuto modo di fare e di assaggiare moltissimi piatti della tradizione sarda Buon lavoro , adesso mi iscrivo a questo sito
