Soft Salted Butter Rolls

How to make the super yummy, sweet and salty Salted Butter Rolls. Super soft and fluffy, warm and buttery kind of bread. It's flaky at the bottom, with a croissant like flakiness. This is one of my favorite bread of all time.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg (or 1/4 cup yogurt)
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (400g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
12 pieces of butter sticks for the filling (3g each)
sugar
Eggwash: 1egg+2 tbsp milk
sea salt

I did try the recipe yesterday, it was a great one...but I substitute the milk to brown sugar with sea salt milk as I don't have in hand the normal milk, and I substitute the all purpose flour to bread flour...it turn out to be so soft and fluffy...and I drizzled the top of the bread with choc rice ....am so happy with it...gonna make again soon ...thank u for sharing it.🤗

OMGosh, when I 1st watched the video I thought Savor put salt down then butter, lol. These look yummy but I still have to make your recipe before this one. Savor, my lil man loves when I make your breads. I told him about the ham and cheese recipe but also told him I'd make them using some pepperoni and cheese. Just yesterday he reminded me, lol. I didn't think I'd have the patience either but now? I can't stop making her recipes, lol. Just made her soft and fluffiest rolls yesterday for our dinner tonight. I don't even remember how many times I've made them. I use them to make my ham and cheese tortas or to use as a vessel for shredded BBQ beef. That recipe calls for you to divide the dough into 8 pieces but I do 5. I land out with 3 med and 2 LG (lol) rolls which is great because it gives me enough room to add lettuce, onions, etc. If I were to buy rolls at the grocery store I'd have to buy 2 different sizes. Bonus? Other than having fresh bread that is, your house will smell amazing. You can do it... 👍🏻

The amount of flour we put into the dough has to be exact, it’s better to weigh your ingredients and don’t add more flour to knead, if the dough is too sticky you just have to keep kneading. Also if the yeast comes into contact with the salt it can also result in hard bread. This has happened to me so many times but it gets better with Time

Wouldn't taste the same, texture wouldnt be the same, bread will turn out tough not soft. Btw, margarine is acknowledged as unhealthy transfat, why would you use it?
