200 for 20 min? think you have the temp wrong or the time.

it is a moist bread and takes a few more minutes. but not all ovens are the same, if it seems cooked after 15 minutes you can finish like this

Russo Pmo Dora is using a centigrade number to set his oven 200 degrees Centigrade is about 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

I made it with 200 F about 20 min was cooked but no golden on the tap,
