It's likely and allegedly Prince Naseem Hamed, who was a pro boxer who actually was good friends with Diddy and started a record label because of Diddy. Diddy was part of Prince Naseem's boxing entourage and they were close friends. He had a notorious reputation for partying, being flamboyant, and he is estimated to be worth 80 million, but he wasn't royalty or some "Arabian" prince. He's from the UK and his parents were from Yemen but not a prince to my knowledge. So she sounds right but not quite accurate or naive. That's who I believe she is allegedly talking about.
