Una impresiòn excelente. Buena cocina, basada en la tradición pero con un enfoque moderno. Mucho mejor que en un "michelin" (que a mi personalmente no suelen gustarme). Bravo, pero por favor, no diga tanto "e voilà" queda muy pedante y fuera de contexto. Bravo!
