A world-class singer that deserves so much recognition as she has been receiving been a huge fan of hers since 2014 and have her collection of songs on my channel and I have bought several albums. There is absolutely no song she can arrange and make it her own, she is a rare gem and many of her fans including I love her so much. Btw, OP said "sohyang is the best of the best", I'm assuming what you were implying when you said "including dimash" is that sohayng is a better singer than dimash because she's the best of the best and in this case Dimash is a part of the bests that are being bested by sohyang? So technically, in a way, an insubstantial way, you also compared them. Really glad to see you guys react to this. It's by no means rock & roll, but everyone needs to hear Sohyang at least once in their lifetime. I first saw this a year or 2 ago and I literally was crying by the end. Her voice is so pure and perfect, and range that's just off the charts. The way it was presented, the way she was dressed, and the whole delivery was amazing and powerful! ..and that final note.. Kim So Hyang re-writes All her own music...instructs the Orchestra/band and also Her Back-up Singer her favorite notes are D3 to A6 and lately has hit a few C#6 so they are close to Whistle...but not at same

Her headvoice and falsetto are so well developed. Not everyone can anatomically whistle, you either can or can't. Her way of balancing out with vocalists that can whistle is similar to Whitney Houston. Both can reach 3,500-4,000 Hz 6th and 7th octave without thinning the note into whistles. Essentially she is hitting 6th+ octave notes she was never meant to reach. Also unlike a delicate whistle that is unpredictable for even masters like Mariah, Morissette and Arianna, her technique gives her actual multiple levels of control over those notes. I'm speaking as a fan of both So Hyang and Morissette Amon and would never be able to pick one over the other.
