Soilwork is one of the most Dynamic Melodic death metal bands in the world. They always come back with something fresh and new, Can't beat their extremely odd and sometimes confusing music videos 🤣

Love the two songs off this record so far. Polar opposite’s but shows real growth and that they’re not afraid to try different things. 👏👏👏🤘🤘🤘

There’s a lot of difference between French from Paris, more international French and French from the province of Quebec in Canada. Some are sexier than other but people talking in French in a metro in Paris isn’t that charismatic obviously, the accent is rougher. Accent from Quebec is closer to English especially when they speak in English. French isn’t ugly, it’s one of the most beautiful language and how deep the vocabulary can be is impressive! For the song, it’s a good track with an 80’s vibe , a pinch of progressive elements but I missed riffs and melodic soloing. Also the production is nowhere near the quality of TLI or TRM. I love the fact they’re still exploring and trying new things, props to them.

The backing guitar for the solo reminds me of Pump It except more boring and mechanical feeling...it just feels like a clock going tick tock tick tock

Could I request a review of Oceandeep, by Beast in Black? I was watching your From Hell with Love video and you guys mentioned it being the best ballad of 2019. Personally, I agree, so I think it would be awesome to see you guys review it! Also, great video as usual. Keep it up!

Antonio is too young to know what's sexy lol. I can listen to someone doing a press conference in french and my ears are happy haha.

I preferred overgivenheten to this one, this song just doesn't do anything for me tbh. Im a massive Soilwork fan since Steelbath Suicide.

I am noticing a lot of TNFO elements in the Soilwork’s work recently.

pleasant surprise..... one of the better slow chill tracks by them in awhile. the melodic side is my fav part of newer era soilwork, i mean they peaked with their heavy side on A Predator's Portrait so when they try to do heavy now it just seems paint by the numbers. but when strid gets that chorus right it's silky as fuck.

The song is disappointing for me. I've listened at least a dozen times, and it just kinda goes by, it felt a bit mechanical at times. A filler track. Swing and a miss. No memorable parts, no captivating melodies, even for Bjorn...the best part was the atmospheric outro. I do like that they are incorporating more noticeable keyboard bits like in the past. They also could've done without the scream before the chorus. Also some parts sound familiar to other songs(Enter Dog of Pavlov, A Whisp of the Atlantic, Pump It). And when they strum the guitar and let it ring out...it barely does, and they don't build on it when the drums change, it just felt so plain and uninspired.
