I wiched Sol K Bright was my Great Grand Daddy.I have alot of his vintage recordings.He was one of those few who could drive the old resonator steel guitars to its full potensial.God bless your family

Uncle Sol was one talented gentleman. When he performed, he'd take you back to the days when Hawaiian music was fun. I miss him.

I've heard about 10 versions of "Hawaiian Cowboy" by different artists and Sol K. Bright's 1936 recorded version is definitely the most beautiful one. Thanks Mr. Bright.

Sol’s brother Andy was my great-grandpa’s brother-in-law. I never met either of the brothers, but I’m happy every time I hear his music. It reminds me of my grandpa
