@@Impaler118 Usually their exclusivity contract only lasts for about half a year, it's then up to them whether or not they want to bring it to other platforms or not. Most successful indie developers bring it to steam after though.

As a huge Hyperlight Drifter fan (acquired every single achievement and beat it 7-8 times), I’ve been waiting years for this. Beyond disappointed to not see Xbox at the end of the trailer. Hopefully it gets ported early 2022?

@@the_verTigO it's possible that kingdom did not fit with the story and wanted Solar Ash to stand out from Hyper Light Drifter as a 3D game, although they could've called it Solar Ash Runner.

@@the_verTigO I liked the symmetry aw, and they probably dropped it because of marketing. It's easier to remember a 2 word title than one with 3. It's a fairly common practice.

you can literally run epic games via steam using 'add a non steam game to library' its not that hard. I do it so I can stay in Big Picture Mode
