They look a little wobbly there with just the 1 screw stuck in each unit at the bottom. You could add another screw or two using a bracket. I'd imagine with all of the heating up and cooling down and all the spring-loaded movements that these will get loose over time. Nice work though, cool demo keep it up!

Beautiful looking greenhouse and it would be a great pleasure to use. Love the automatic vents. * There is one design flaw. The door cannot be hooked back, because it would be directly against a vent and would prevent it from opening. Not sure how you would solve this.

I realized that you might not see that comment I made about your Alopecia areata. Have you tried Coal Tar? My Sister's hair is falling out. I'm going to make her a shampoo and a massage treatment using Coal Tar. It works on Psoriasis Seborrheic Dermatitis. It's worth a chance!

It is! Have you ever sat in a car in the sun at different times of day? Just build a frame on south facing outer wall on your home, insulate the wall inside the frame and paint it black, then hang black roll-screen in it top to bottom, then cover it with polycarbonate. Put 4 inch holes in the wall into that space top and bottom and pull air out of it with a little box fan. In winter, make insulated shutters over the polycarbonate and open and close them day and night respectively.

They may need some screen behind the shutters.

I don't think I would have put the solar shutter behind where the door opens; I could see after a few month of kids opening (or strong wind pushing the door open) it slamming into the shutter and bending the vent bars. You could put some kind of stopper behind the door or drive a post into the ground as a door backstop to prevent the door opening all the way. :-)
