I really like this project and I vote for it. I'm professor of Sustainable Building Construction in Italy and I think it shows the most advanced technologies and design procedure in the field.

Is the roof insulated at all? How did you get around SAP on that basis. Also should this be "carbon negative" rather than carbon positive. I like the house, and I would live in it for sure.

I like and I'm voting in favor of this outstanding project : #CU115. As Professor of Civil Engineering in Romania, I'm considering this showcase project as a positive result of perfect collaboration between between academia and industry and as an outstanding example of successful " zero carbon house , designed , planned and istalled and validate in the "real world", for the benefit of the entire society. I hope that very soon, this project and its principles will be implemented not only in Wales Region but beyond Wales, reaching also my own country, in great need for low energy infrastructure including housing.
