Such a large front verandah is not necessary, instead use the extra square footage as an extension of the living room plus a dining area. An island in the kitchen would be nice. I love the ceiling slats? For the master bedroom a walkin closet please. Water and hot water tank a plus.Basement can be finished and rented for extra income. Love, love, love the master bath. Beautiful house.

The building is very neat. i applaud the builders for a job well done. However, my favorite part of this house is upstairs. i love it, and also the spacious rooms but i do not like is the kitchen area small being near the entrance it should've build closer to the back with a little/ semi entrance for kitchen privacy, the living room area is way too small thats my bit.

Love the exterior; however, I would prefer the master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. Walk in closets and the living and kitchen layout design different from this.

The out design of the house looks great but I think the garage space takes up unnecessary space that could've substituted that space for extention of the living room, or the kitchen, or the bathroom or walk in closet or dining area 🤔 or the garage could be a detachable. The windows could be more wider for more lights. Overall, I would change alot of the floor plan to meet my needs because there's space for that improvement. The property is very spacious though. Love the colors. Beautiful environment 👌

The exterior design of the house is nice. Interior lay out is weird. Master suite is decent. Kitchen crammed together and too dark. No living and dining . The front door doesn’t give it that demand or grand entrance. Perhaps a nice metal front door vs the fiberglass one. The hand rail blocking window eww. I honestly will say I like the direction the home designer is going. I dislike how closets are made in Jamaica. Other than that beautiful space

This is the first house that I've seen building in ja so far that i like it's not perfect but its 90% , dislike the ac unit on the patio like that, should have been more out the way esp if you have small children, bathroom off the garage with a window verry open to the house entrance intruder alley, the bedroom balcony door opens to the outside your door shoud open to the inside for safety reasons, kitchen is ok space could be larger for living dining &kitchen combo, now love the view, love the yard space, love the extra storage as someone who lives out of the country and plans to return we love storage, a lot of houses built in ja has no pantry storage they need to stop, bathrooms are beautiful esp master, the only thing i like master downstairs and other bedrooms upstairs thats just me, but i love the fixtures, i would have also place solar water heater on roof in a secure location because the yard is prime for a outside deck and garden with a outside eating and gril section man the potential of that property is chefs kiss, the pros are good i could live love that 🏡

The house should have a designated laundry and utility area. A wash tub in the garage not cutting it. In addition there are too many steps to access the backyard from the inside. The shared bathroom downstairs is too small… lots of outdoor

Ok, where do I begin? While the finish is immaculate, the tiling is amazing, the layout annoys me. 1. Why do I have to walk through the garage to the powder room?? 2. For a house that size, I at least expected the kitchen to have an island and also a dishwasher. 3. The living room/ dining room area is too small. The front door should be a double door entrance. The closets in the bedrooms are shallow. 4. The lay of the land is not conducive to outdoor gathering and entertaining. So while I am impressed with the fit and finish of the home, I am deeply disappointed in its layout or design. Its impressive from the outside, but inside, not so much. It leads to believe that very effort went into the design layout of this home.
