Yep! Or, just look at the 1710 which is our #1 selling teardrop from any brand which includes these and the Hummingbird by Jayco. We carried R-Pod, and there's nothing wrong with them, but the R-Pod was either the same money for less features or more money for less warranty. It just didn't "shine through"

Actually has more storage than the 1780 (the slide actually cuts storage OUT in lieu of space), less weight, and less money.

awesome to hear. I sort of feel like I'd like to avoid as many future mechanical problems as possible. I don't feel like I want the slide. I'm upsizing from an Aliner Ranger 12 that I loved. The Drop is definitely a step up from that.

That's a feature I started doing the past two years, then a lot of other video presenters started following suit. Note the posting date -- it's simply aged footage. Why didn't they recess the sink and cooktop like other manufacturers do?

1.) You're watching aged footage that's largely outdated now. 2.) If you push the sink/stove down, then you have to give up space below the counter which would cause a loss of precious storage and drawer space. 3.) They aren't using the type of counter top here that allows for recessed sinks. Though more common now the thermofoil counters that allow for a recessed sinks/counters have only recently made a MAJOR push in the industry.

Obviously you'll want proper load leveling hitching and a brake control, but you're absolutely aces with a 5k tow capacity. You can tow more than the fully loaded GVW of this camper.

Every price on every unit is available via the link in our video description. You're looking at aged footage here. The price of an RV that is no longer available does no one any good. Pricing on things actually available, on the other hand, does.

I most certainly would not recommend it. Your vehicle is rated for roughly 1,500lbs. You really shouldn't be trying to tow anything with it. Once you load your camping gear even small 8ft conventional popup would be too much. I would have to recommend a vehicle more suited for towing purposes, Margery. We also carry towing vehicles here for folks in situations like yours. Let us know if we may be of service in that regard!
