This was my home until last week. She is exactly as the video shows, much loved home. Well looked after. Only up for sale as I had a mini stroke and as single handed struggled. She handles well and has even more extra little bits for full time liveaboards than shown.

Lisa, I'm so very sorry to hear of your health misfortune. I'm sure you are sad to let your boat go. I'm hoping to retire in a few years and live in England 5 to 6 months out of the year, they won't let us Yanks stay longer ;) I'm hoping to buy a beautiful boat like yours, I'm sure it will go to a good home. From your experience selling boats, does this one with the zinc phosphate pretreatment on the hull seem in better condition that a normal hull? Just curious on the long-term benefits especially regarding a boat like this built in 1991.

When it came out for blackening I took a video that can be made available to purchasers. It's in a great condition for age. Grand junction boats blackened it said seen Hull a few years old in worse states. Its not been sat in marinas which helps.

Lovely boat. I am a systems engineer, so techy things like remote control sound awesome. Is the remote control throttle, or steering as well? Does this boat have an alarm? I thought I saw a motion sensor over the dinette.

It has an alarm fitted but in 5 years I never used it as the boat was occupied most of the time.
