@@AWK007 yes it is but you have to check some points : weaknesses paint stains Nikasil coating Camshaft chain tensioner Electrical Automatic transmission (XKR) Subframe rear axle (rust) Chassis reinforcements (rust) Underbody convertible (rust) Convertible-hydraulic But it s a fantastic daily driver

My 02 xkr was definitely reliable, and I drove the hell out of it. I didn't baby it like most do. Sold it though and bought an ftype v8s

I have a 2009 xkr convertible with 112,000 miles on it with out any problems except for the convertible glass on the rear leak but got replaced .... I installed a small supercharger pulley and modified the exhaust with a K&N air cleaner! This car is very reliable my daily drive... I drive this car to work 140 miles 5 days a w week...I get 26mpg too

These ARE reliable. I bought my 2007 XK in 2009 with 10K Miles. Now, it has 93K miles with NO issues!!!

Jaguar uses supercharged instead of turbos because they’re better. My favorite Mercedes ever is the rare supercharged 2006 S55 AMG with the option “ 4 seat pkg.All the rest are turbocharged. 5.4 L sV8 493hp/516t. I believe the 06 CL55 was the only other one.

some people just have no or do not know about class and that is something you can not teach to someone. just to be fair, this person might have been confused by what they see in the mirror everyday!! probably one of those people driven some mid eighties POS and wearing the old converse chucks because the think it makes them old school, when in fact the shoes re not comfortable at all, believes in the fake virus, ..yadda yadda yadda, always got something negative to say.
