Great little place and the outdoor areas along with the gardens are the real highlights. A few chickens and some vegetable crops and you could be almost self sufficient.

This one is very, very nice! That is the most gorgeous stonework, kudos to whoever restored the outside walls, they did a stunning job! This is a perfect home for a retired couple or single person, with space for guests, but small enough to be easy to care for, and it's certainly ready to move in, everything has been beautifully restored. Even the garden is just the right size - big enough to grow plenty of vegetables, with plenty of charming nooks for flowers and container plants on the patios. This home is adorable!

Electrical box = circuit box? Used to be called a fuse box when electricity was using fuses. But when a circuit trips (like if too many appliances plugged in, sometimes a circuit could trip...depending on the electrical load).

Love this house. Not big, but big enough -- even with a guest or 2! Wish i was ready to buy. Beautiful house, beautiful view, very nice setting. Btw, KZbin's English captions keeps thinking when you point out how ventilation points allow spaces to "breed" when in fact you are saying "breathe" 🙄. Crazy captions. Thanks, Luis.

Just need to borrow some goats to clear the extra garden area and add natural fertilization. Some fencing to block them from eatingvwhat you dont want them to eat. This natural land clearing is big business in my home state of Wisconsin, US. Instead of paying ppl to cut the grass in parks, etc...they hire goats to come in and clear the areas...one area at a time. Good for the goat to get various different foods in their diet, etc. landowners use the goats to clear uneven patches of land too...where it might be too uneven for someone to bring in gas powdered weed wackers. Goats are a lot quieter and donot pollute the air with fumes. They also provide natural fertilization.

Luís this is such a lovely little house and property!! The UK English say 'hob'... and my friend from New Zealand says hob as well. In the US and in Canada (where I am) we say 'burner'... whether it's gas, or electric. If I wasn't hoping to be close to the ocean, this would be practically perfect.
