Danilo, you're wonderful at what you do and your connection with the audience is so personal, BUT, someone needs to give a BIG compliment to the camera person! The panorama shots, the aerial drone footage, the smooth following as you transition from one room to another, etc, is so well shot! There is no awkward motion or lost frame. The beauty of the land and the homes is so well documented that one gets lost in the scenery. And I mean that for all of the videos, not just this one. I have not watched any of them and wondered what was hidden around a corner because all angles and views one could want is found in each sales video. Bravo! Wonderful videography. The property has an amazing blend of old charm farmhouse and at the same time, it has that modern features that reminds you of updated luxury. Particularly the bathrooms are carefully designed without losing its rustic appeal. That bedroom with mezzanine with an amazing bathroom is like going to a high designed boutique hotel. Also, the quality of the video is just spectacular, without the gimmicks and too much filtering. I know they are using a wide angle camera lense which is normal practice for real estate videos. But the way Danilo films his video makes you feel that you are actually there and could almost smell the olive trees and fresh air from the bright blue skies. Amazing presentation Danilo Romolini
