I'm going to the gym as often as I can for the summer but having 2 jobs and going to college is tough. ^Sunny even said "and slept well, probably had unlimited use to spa's and massages - didn't work or have other issues in life. I think from an actors standpoint it gets them mentally prepared for the role. Her character especially is a fierce warrior so all the training probably helps her embody and feel more like the character.

They should've done the same with Andrew Garfield Spider-Man was so skinny in TASM2 n he had little to no gymnastic ability most of the stunts done were stunt doubles or CGI at least Tobey knew how to do a simple backflip and front flip... it takes alot of training to play in a superhero movie that's why Andrew started looking his age in the 1st one because he never really worked out for the film.
