Clay is between Bouquet and Beaver. That was the dead end street you saw off Cornell. My stomping grounds in the 50's was Bouquet. Sam Allen, the McKeesport basketball player from the 50's lived on Clay. The Libertore families lived on Bouquet. They were all great athletes in the 50's and 60's. Ronnie, Sam, Dennis and cousin Frank who was the best of the family.

Clay St. is to the right where Centennial St. meets Beaver St. It's on the right after you turn right at the intersection. It is a short dead end street.

Andrew Carnegie donated the organ to Shoemaker Church when it was built. I wonder what happened to it? In 1993 the congregation moved to Hope Church on Jenny Lind and Soles St. at the corner which is now an empty lot.
