Nice to see your dedication to get this done! I see you connected the direct outs on the console as well? Were do they go? Also very curious how your patchbays are laid out. Recently got myself a copy of PatchCAD, great and easy software, but I'm a little confused in how to design a good patchbay layout so it's efficient and easy to use. Do you have screen shots from PatchCAD you can share, or are you doing another video on that? Would like to get some tips and tricks. Not how to use PatchCAD, but on how to lay out and plan the actual bays. Much appreciated! Thanks, Mark

hi, i watched with interest all your videos showing SSL. if you can answer, I would like to know how much Noise Floor the console has in Mixing condition with returns from the Daw. (0 db fader, no eq activated, comp bus bypass, channel routed to master output, 0 db master output) it's just a curiosity to make a comparison with my old Tascam M600 bench, thanks for the videos, ciao!

The board is almost dead silent. no noise floor to deal with. Its not like an old vintage console

@@MixingMusicAnalog my tascam M600 is at -82db on mixbus and -90db on direct out channel.I was wondering if a modern console has very different values.

Hook em Up !!!!! If you send to a flock audio and then to your patch bay plus other gear you will get amaaaazimf flexibility!!! I did this and I cannot stop talking about it let’s you go hybrid with an analogue setup
