Agreed, we only had 1 source of Air Blast, ideal is 3 at 120 degrees apart.

That is often the problem with trochoidal strategies. For the pocket i would prefer a tool with internal coolant through the center of the tool. I have one question: How do you clamped the part? Have the clamping jaws tooth or are they smooth?
