Hello Patrick, I just wanted to say how very much I enjoy your cheerful walks and the lovely music you compose. I'm now in retirement and am starting to walk out in to our beautiful nature. You inspire me to actually get out there. Thank you.

One minute you have a backlog of walks to edit due to software issues, the next you are in October. Nice to see you caught up. Not bad weather for the time of year either. Looking forward to seeing you scale those bills. Longnor seems a great place for a walk, away from the crowds of other parts nearby. Lovely as always and thanks.

I was thinking I was never going to be able to edit films a few months ago, but now I seem to be churning out films left right and centre! Longnor is a nice village and all around there, aside from those two hills, you can walk for miles withut seeing a soul. Thanks Kelly for watching and commenting 👍

Sounds like an interesting historical place to visit Longnor and good sunny the weather for you. You are lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful countryside. I know the feeling of wading in mud too. Your audience of cows made me smile! Lovely music Patrick. Arpeggio music is one of my favourite styles. Very pleasant arrangement to hear.
@solitaryrambler3 жыл бұрын
Longnor is indeed a nice place and it was a great day for weather. I just had to shoot some footages of those cows, it was so funny! Glad you liked the music again. I enjoy arpeggios too and I've done several before now with the piano sound. As always, thanks for your kind words Shanita and for watching 👍

A really interesting walk there Patrick. Definitely lots to see. Nice to see those cows give you a welcoming party. It’s always better to be on the opposite side of the wall to them though 😆. Looks like you’re getting closer to Parkhouse and Chrome Hill. Nice to see those iconic hills from a different vantage point
@solitaryrambler3 жыл бұрын
Many thanks Anthony, yes this is a less commonly known walk I would say, apart from passing below the two iconic hills, so yes I'm getting closer to them. They are just so photographic so it was good to get different angles of them on this walk. I just had to film those cows too, but certainly kept my distance from them and was on the far side of the lane 😂 Thanks for watching Anthony 👍

Another beautiful walk and my goodness those tranquil villages are right up my street and the scenery truly beautiful. Great work Patrick and the weather here in my part of North Yorkshire has been terrible so this was a perfect pick me up.

Thanks again Jeff, yes I love these backwater villages where you rarely meet another soul. Weather's been pretty bad down here lately too, so glad this has helped to cheer things up 👍

Many thanks Frank and Lee. Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hills are lovely, so who knows what we'll see next. This is a nice walk as it was less busy. Yep I always back up my video footage as soon as I'm back home from the day of filming. Thanks again Frank and Lee 👍

Great video again Patrick. We've only been to Longnor once, about 20 yrs ago, while we were camping nearby but it hasn't changed a bit! All this area, we class as on our doorstep! I can't count the amount of times we have walked Dovedale to Milldale but we've never been to any of the other small villages! Thank you again!

Hi Patrick. Another well informed and presented video. Like how you give the date of each video. Most don't which is a tad annoying. Excellent picture clarity even way down here in New Zealand. 👍
@solitaryrambler3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Chris, I've just got into the habit of saying the date, but all that information is always available in the description below the video, but I know many people don't seem to read that. Thanks again for taking the time to watch 👍
