The grog nozzle has an interesting effect where you randomly enter a drunken state while you're holding it like a bored bartender drinking on the tap. During that time any gun you equip will fire 5 or 6 projectiles for the price of 1 but it slows your fire rate and fucks your accuracy so it's usually not good for anything but slagging(hence the purpose of grog nozzle). Until you switch to an unkempt herald, that is. If you barrel-stuff an enemy while under that effect it shreds em but you can also just use it at medium distance for a large AoE and dispense explosive judgment on all of pandora equally. It's like having the best RPG in your pocket with a rew hundred rockets and the ability to crit as well as immunity from your own splash damage but requires no real glitch just dumb luck. The point? Well it can be used on raid bosses, too. It's not 10 seconds lol but it will hurt especially if you're fighting easy pete(pete the invincible, campaign of carnage) just to get a start on crystal farming.

ok the reason is that that happened is that the amp damage that is done to the bullet is done to every bullet the sand hawk fires therefore if you hit pete with three shots its a insta-kill

tried it last night, worked great. now i tried it with my level 12 infinity pistol and i was actually mowing down level 50 bruisers, goliaths and so on with ease, but when i tried it on pyro pete, it barely touched him. I'm thinking it's because my infinity is a fire elemental and he's immune to that. However, when I switched to a lvl 50 purple TMP pistol, it made short work of him. Pyro pete's the only raid boss i have access to in TVHM. might go to normal mode tonight to give the others a try.

This glitch is patched, but you can delete the patch and it will let you do it but you will also have to redownload ALL the dlc you had. If you have the dlc that let's you enter op get the evil smasher at level 72 or lower cause it will not let you use it if it's op8.

yeah the op thing about it isn't the not being able to doge it but the consistency in which he does it and that he does it twice when he does it I hate him so much but I do love how much damage the sand shark does on him.

The Evil Smasher glitch has been patched with the lastet update from the UVH Playthrough + Level Cap DLC release, and therefore cannot be done.

that's when you use a implosion grenade to bring the bots in front of him also when you do enough damage they stop and repair them selves than all you have to do is walk around the bot and angle it correctly and he only jumps when low on health any other time he just walks around. it usually works for me 90% of the time.

there's a way to cancel it I found out how with my friend when he's about to use his pound attack get the assassin in your party to use bore on one of his minions and make sure you hit him too and he will jump to the left or the right canceling his attack.

Now what I do is the morningstar glitch, but the only issue is that it has to be corrosive for it to infect your other weapons to work. although doing so will be annoying and you will have to mute your TV,PC, etc… Theres about one F'n video. And Your Welcome to whoever this will help.

pyro pete was so easy to kill, i never even knew he was a raid boss or whatever it is. I killed him in about 30 secs without the evil smasher glitch, just the bee shield and the sand hawk :D

Still doable with a gunzerker, you have to have it one hand while gunzerking and do the glitch as normal

jake lemoir no. It decreases the mag size to less than 1 which makes it so you can't use it. They might have fixed it in a recent update, but i dont think so :/

the Evil Smasher glitch increases your mag size by a certain ammount based on the explosion size, so that if your infinity says 100, then it has increased by 99... and your sniper with 7 mag would also be increased by 99 (for example), so im guessing that the Mecromancer's skill should have no effect to the glitch

You can still do these glitches/exploits solo. You just have to uninstall the updates, and disable wifi on your xbox/ps3.

Even if it is patched, there's a way around that(on the 360 at least), just go into the system memory, do the clear system cache thing, this will undo all updates, then when you go into the game, don't patch it and just do the glitch while you are off-line. i think so if you want to delete them you gave to go to your storage device press y to clear the cache and then just delete the patch from the borderlands game and then just dont download it and enjoy hope this helped.

just started playing on the old ps3, cannot figure this out for the life of me. Even when I get the exploding animation, it does not boost my infinity. And I can only get the animation when I manually reload with a partially full mag. Can never get it to proc while the clip is empty. soooo frustrating

They added the patch where they fixed it right before the tiny Tina dlc released so if you can’t find a way to update your patch to the hammerlock dlc only then the glitch will work. For reference the hammerlock dlc released in January 2013 and the glitch was patched in April 2013 so you want to get a patch before April 2013 for it to work but you can’t get the tina dlc or it won’t work cause that released in June 2013 when the patch was already applied

Even with this glitch available, i was soloing tera in 20 seconds legit (ricochet fibber ,money shot ,bee , zerker with slag bouncing bettie grenades) sure at the time this was the faster route to killing tera (or any raid boss) but there is no skill or stratagy involved...
