I was using Pulverise with near permanent unstop./grizzly rage, clearing t60-70 nm dungeons. Then I was convinced to switch to Tempest and now I get 1 tapped by enemies only 10 levels above me. Taking off Mad wolf for a defensive chest helped, but still nowhere near my Werebear. I love tempest roar, it is quick, but I miss my old build. The only way I can complete T60 dungeons now is by being a shark, *always moving* forward. Can't do T70s anymore

Gz man. Have you considered the "Exploiter" aspect for extra damage ? It gives 50% dmg against unstoppable enemies, so i guess Lilith counts as one except during stagger break ?

I'm pretty sure that bosses don't count as unstoppable, that aspect is only triggered by targets that have the broken chain above them actually signifying "unstoppable."

Movement speed is much more important in phase two, DR doesn't matter too much since everything will one shot you after a certain point anyway.

@@davepastern You're missing a lot of power not being 100, get to 100 first and then see how it feels but I'm not super versed in the sorc so I can't help you too much with that answer.

It's not necessary with it but it helps bring your minimum damage up if you're not ramped.

Nope, I wouldn't recommend this for anything further than 50 or so. Way too squishy for high nightmare pushing. Check my other video for the build I used to clear 100.

@@cytTVARPG its not just lilith, my gear is more than fine, it's all good rolls, crit chance is 41%, crit damage is 279% and lucky hit chance is 40.9%, I copied a few different builds to a TEE and they all hit so much harder cause their damage just infinitely scales and mine doesn't.

Earthern Bulwark is spec'd into just for second phase to give unstoppable because you don't want to pop grizzly rage unless you're DPSing the boss.

Buffs might be overlapping, sometimes there's too many of them active at the same time so they don't show on the bar.

@@volkans.5170 I switched my weapon's aspect which was the accelerating one, that one gives 25% more attack speed when I crit so nope, I didn't switch it off. :P Keep trying, took me a few days to get this clear down haha. The fight is really RNG dependent in the second phase with pool placement and which abilities she will use.

Lilith's stagger bar is much lower in phase two, the fear applies stagger so you can stagger her super fast with tornado lucky hit procs. Stagger helps with DPS and clears the pools that spawn fireballs which one shot you in phase two.

The fear on the cleaver when you lucky hit is for staggers, staggering automatically clears 1-2 pools on the arena.

It's for second phase, I swap cyclone armor for it for unstoppable when she does her vacuum ability to not get one shot by her fireballs.

You can use the unique armor for farming lower tiers, the build is already pretty tanky without the defensive set up.

Oh, definitely not haha there were multiple hundreds of attempts to get this fight down, you can fish for an almost impossible to fail tier 100 key during this fight if you have even a millisecond lapse of concentration it's over. :P

@cytTVARPG even if it's nerfed it'll be one of the strongest builds, you might not clear Uber Lilith in sub 5 mins. But the build is going to be one of the best options for druid still. Builds got too much going for it to be bad even with dmg tweaks.
