Solo Hikes in the Mountains, Summer and Autumn

This video consists of five of some of my favorite solo hikes in the Swedish mountains from the last few years. Summer and autumn hikes in Sarek, Ammarnäs and the Arjeplog mountains. I have selected footage from each trip and cut it so that they go together as one long piece. I hope you enjoy!

Another walk in beauty with Eric. I remember the northern light, and some of the scenes bring back memories of the long twilights of the north, the extended magic moments in the fall. Less fun in the high summer when the sun is barely below the horizon and you could read a paper outside the tent at 3 am.

My dear friend, this is such a powerful and incredible video and so amazing to experience it from your unique point of view. Out of all the remote solo hikes I've done, Sarek was by far the most difficult and most rewarding. After 10+ days of wilderness and wet tent, the beer in Kvikkjokk tasted the best.
