Absolutely loved the Shin Tea House. The sort of place to sit and do nothing for a couple of hours while it's raining.

Hi Joe. Do you have any idea if there are Asian egg noodles that are naturally gluten free? I recently found out that I’m gluten intolerant so everything with wheat, rye, spelt, barley or kamut is a NO GO… like you say in the video I also love rice noodles but there’s something so comforting about good egg noodles… So far I haven’t found any info online but maybe that’s because I don’t use the correct words in my search 🤦‍♀️ I think I should try Korean flavours though it looks so deliciously scrumptious 😋
@hungrytoexplore
@hungrytoexplore 7 ай бұрын
unfortunately, I am afraid not! I guess is you are only gluten intolerant and not coeliac then you could from time to time have egg noodles and just know the effects will come for a day or so with it. but definitely not if you are coeliac.

@@hungrytoexplore luckily I do have some pills that help breakdown gluten (on doctors advice) but they’re really expensive so I guess egg noodles will become a special treat from time to time 😅 oh well, I managed to make my own gluten free linguine last week, maybe with some experimenting in the kitchen I might find the secret on how to mimic Asian style egg noodles but with a gluten free flour alternative who knows 😁 and a huge thank you for replying so quickly, it really means the world to me 🥰

Most young and middle-aged South Koreans have no experience drinking 'Ssanghwa-tea'. (A familiar drink for people over 70) There are actually residents living in Bukchon Hanok Village, but as it becomes famous as a tourist destination, residents are suffering from noise problems. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mae9op5srqlpZ8k
