I see you ditched Phalar Aluve for the Defender Flail. Lovely weapon for tanky builds, what with damage mitigation AND extra AC (I had a pretty good time with an Eldritch Knight in Adamantine Heavy Armor with Heavy Armor Master and the Defender Flail. Seeing the Lae'Zel took 0 damage tooltip" over and over again is just so ... soothing haha)

Easy trick when a death shepherd is down put it into your inventory :) and then kill the other - no cross revival possible

Hi you might want to use freedom of movement for anti paralyze vs the ghouls and I highly suggest you use minor illusion here and throw a haste potion on the ground before surprising them you have 2 turns to kill both of the shepherds before they start reviving each other also potion of flying and boots of speed are your best friend want to keep distance from ghast and his stinking cloud (sorry if I am being obnoxious 😂)
