Honored and delighted to see the "Solo Sheets!" A fun option, perhaps, is to roll, and see if the Brood Mother speaks to you in the web vs eating - creating an interesting opportunity for roleplay! A Bilbo and the Trolls kind of scene! Love seeing Shadowdark here too. OD&D would be d6s for the HD, but still she would be a tough opponent all alone. Love your growing map too. Perhaps a fun way for people to create a hexcrawl adventure for GMing a group. Bit biased, but yea, the dungeon sheets would be fun ;) Cheers and thanks again.

F.O.R.G.E. is so great for the tables/sheets alone. I really love them. Shadowdark has left me wanting, it's not heroic enough and it's classes are too samey but it is really easy to run solo and makes a great entry point for solo play.

This is a great play through video. I got these sheets a while back, but haven’t got around to using them. Your play through has really simplified the process for me, I tend to over complicate my solo games, and now I’m looking forward to getting these sheets to the table.

I love watching your mini solo adventures, like this one, with a random quest from start to finish. Reminded me of the adventure you did with Fidget the Gnome in 2021. Silverfoot died even faster, though, than Fidget the Gnome did. Poor guy. LOL!

Thinking of your hex map you drew on dot grid paper, I've been using "offset bricks" or square Hexes to do my maps in my journal without needing to print special sheets or hand draw my own Hexes.

For Shadowdark, I would definitely play with Hero Coins, Luck Dice, and more gear, or a few more traits than a normal character if you're rocking just one. That way you're able to cover a bit more ground and basis since you're a singular PC.

Yes I did that… had 2x HP, spells from both Priest and Wizard class, and a few other tricks I can’t recall….

What if you kept the same map, and had a loved one of your character go looking for him? You could make tracking rolls or something to find where he went, and if you get lost and never find his body, well, you're adventuring and exploring anyway in this same world.

Hello Geek Gamers. Nice playthrough👏. Just curious, why did you use Int to discover stuff instead of Wis? I always thought of Wis as the perception/ranger ability.

@@GeekGamers01 It is your game and I think you can make a case for both abilities. Just thought that maybe you had a specific reason. Int is fine too. A sharp mind, an eye for detail etc.

Yeah looking at ShadowDark again as I did after reading your comment, WIS would have been the better way to go. Not sure it would have helped old Silverfoot however!
