Poodles and noodles I like them in the package because I crunch them up and then I take the water off of it and I used to eat the stuff in the cup but I'm not crazy about that I should send you what I have I have 11 of them things. Good to see you up out and about Sir after your heart attack hopefully you changed a little bit in your lifestyle and your diet but being out and about you'll be able to get more exercise and feel better I went through a scare like that myself I almost died a couple times I quit drinking 3 1/2 years ago i've lost almost 100 pounds and yeah my back and knees thanked me for it

Since I’m old enough to be your dad I’m just gonna say it - you need to start eating better! I know it sucks. I hate it too but as of three years ago I have a 50% blockage in my LAD (widowmaker), and I’m 63. It isn’t just going to get better, it’s going to get progressively worse. I live in SC, my son and daughter in FL. I don’t want them to have me not answer my phone one day and wonder if something happened to me. So, I try to eat better and take my 40mg atorvastatin every night before bed.

You're absolutely right to give him advice. I too suffer with hypertension and spent 5 days going back n firth to the ER. Its frightening. Si fat there's no damage to my organs but everytime your pressure goes up, you're risking heart damage. My nephew 48 had a widowmaker, and almost took him out.hes got heart danage from that episode it diesnt matter how old or young you are. You eat terrible You're risking your life and quads has already had a warning. God knocks at your Dorr to give you the tools, it's up to you to heed his warning. We love you crazy quads, love your videos but love you to please eat healthy, exercise and don't stress. God bless you

I too suffer with these issues. I’ve had 3 heart attacks, first one at 26. I was shocked . I w@s playing softball when my chest got tight. I caught a fly ball and all I should do was underhand the ball to center. Lights out. Heredity and unhealthy eating. Two more followed. I’m turning 65 soon, trying to eat right but since my husband passed, I’m not doing all I should. I miss him but this dude has a chance. I work out at the gym, lost 64 lbs. I feel great, but ya never know

I agree. My husband suffered a heart attack ( the widow maker ) in 2007 he started to eat what the Dr told him and took his medicine too with time he started eating like you ..2 yrs ago he suffered a mild heartattack seen my kids at the hospital as adults worring about their Dad broke my heart ,Now ,I don't let things slide , I want to grow old with my Hubby ; That been said plz watch your salt intake, eat more health ,and cut the beer. I glass if red wine is good for your heart ask your DR.. My Honey is a BIG fan .. And Thank You @ robbertram3310 for pointing that out .

There are little small bug zappers . USB rechargeable. I use two of them in my camper at times you can find the bugs dead in the morning. I think it helps to keep from getting bit overnight.

I found having a blue light bug zapper for my tent or my shelter or when I'm sleeping in the van works really good to kill flies, mosquitoes, gnats, etc
