Morning Jimmy. So so sorry to hear about your mum. A beautiful tribute to your mum. Take time for yourself and your family. Its OK to be vulnerable. What a stunning video. I love that hill.....well I love all our hills here. Hedgehope is most defo a slog with a backpack on for a wildcamp. I did it last year but its so worth the climb. I was also 'hinging out me hoop' 😂😂 but I only had 12kg on my back. Being out certainly is good for the soul isn't it. I'm really enjoying your hill camps. Just do what works for you and I'm sure we will watch. Stunning footage and loved the music. Take care Jimmy 🙂

I been using the helm compact 1 for 3 years mate and it's still going strong. Never once let me down even in high winds on mountains. Think the price has gone up but they are still top quality for the price

The wireless Rode mic did good in the wind Jimmy, my wireless mic has interference a lot of the time so prefer wired shotguns now. I find Go Outdoors expensive so don't go there unless I'm desperate but the staff are always nice. Christopher is with cadets at Otterburn this weekend and I will explore the range in the future when there aren't any red flags showing. Hedgehope is steep, only did it the once and never thought about camping there, perhaps better views than from the higher summit of the slightly higher summit of the Cheviot. Edit: watched till the end, sorry to hear about your Mam Jimmy, I went through the same with my Mam last year so understand and my love and thoughts are with you and your family, if you need to chat or get out let me know.

I know how hard it is with your mam. I went through exactly the same with mine. Your allowed to get upset but as I’ve found with my dad who has dementia you need to keep the smiles and laughs otherwise it will consume you. Praying for you mother and you and your family. 🙏
