Coming to terms with being a wainwright bagger is an emotionally overwhelming experience that can lead you to experience feelings of denial, anger, bargaining, depression and eventually acceptance!! 😉

Hey Dave I know you didn't care for it but I thought it was a pretty nice camp and glad I was able to come along. They all won't be perfect but who cares. It's way better than being stuck at the house wasting your life away. Life is too short to worry about the little things. Have a great one my friend and I will see you next time. Dwayne

Great watch. Bagger - when I was looking at the maps, tick a few off etc. 😂 those valleys from little town separating Robinson an hindscarth are great. Always quiet. I have 4 left but will always do scarfell, gable and pillar. Getting off hindscarth or Robinson requires care in the wet. Those waterfalls in that weather looked amazing and peaceful. I was up there two weeks ago and it was wet wet and windy ! Go prepared with waterproofs.

Hi. Great route. I must try that one. Ok, you aren't a bagger 😂 but being a bagger doesn't mean you have to race up each Wainwright, tick it off and then race to the next one. You can enjoy each one and savour the experience and the bagging in a way 'forces' you to go to areas which normally you would avoid and sometimes they surprise and you discover new favorite places. Anyway keep up the good work and happy bagging err sorry l mean exploring. 😂

Nice one Dave. Did the Newlands Horseshoe about 18months ago, but was nice to see what was below me on High Spy and Maiden Moor. Lovely valley and falls! Nothing compares to the big ruggedness of Scotland for me either, but The Lakes has a unique beauty and tranquillity of its own. Don’t write off the smaller fells though, some have a mighty view from them, Latrigg and Raven Crag are good examples of that. Keep em coming matey 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⛰️ 🥾 ⛺️

Super circuit, Dave. It's been ages since I've been up to that wee reservoir on Scope Beck and I'd forgotten what a lovely forgotten corner it is, so thanks for the reminder! Have you ever camped on Grasmoor... I mean if you're already 'bagged' it of course... LOL I like the route up Lad Hows onto the summit and then back down Liza Beck. Or up Whiteside and along Gasgale Crags to Hopegill Head and then down to Coledale Hause and back down Liza Beck/Gasgale Gill. Just saying...

@@TheSoloSummiteer Yeah, you're right, the Grasmoor ridge needs a calm night. The ridge up to Ladyside Pike and Hopegill Head is a good one (avoiding the forest as we know what you think of those! LOL) and the Hope Gill valley is lovely and quiet. As is Rannerdale Beck between Whiteless Pike and Lad Hows. Must get back there, it's all reminding me how stunning that bit is.
